Macaron Towers

This macaron trend has us hooked!

Macaron towers are all the rage at large group events, weddings, parties, etc. and we are here for it. We got to build our first macaron tower for a wedding last week and it turned out BEAUTIFULLY. I mean come on, look at how elegant that looks? Every party should have a macaron tower in our opinion, but we are slightly biased to the little cookies.

We did four flavors and custom shell colors for these to match the wedding theme, then did our own play on floral decor for this photoshoot. Flavors included cookies & cream (white shells), raspberry (pink shells), salted caramel (light brown shells), and chocolate peanut butter (dark brown shells).

We’re looking forward to more macaron towers in the future and can’t wait to see what new trends come out in the baking world!
